The Virginia Junior Chamber (Jaycees) is the premier leadership training and community service organization dedicated to fostering leadership skills and personal development through projects in a variety of areas for young men and women age 18 through 40. The Jaycees offer a variety of projects, one of which is sure to strike an interest level within one or all of the following
Areas of Opportunity.

Business Development entrepreneurship, chapter management, business trainings

Community Development community service, government involvement

Individual Development personal and professional development, family and spiritual

International Development international exposure, Jaycee related focal impact projects
